WalkieTalk Offline is a local network peer-to-peer Push-To-Talk voice communication application for Android. The service operates over local Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Hotspots without requiring internet access or central server infrastructure.
You agree to use WalkieTalk Offline only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the software to transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or objectionable material over your local network.
While WalkieTalk Offline is built for off-grid utility, it is NOT a replacement for official emergency services (such as 911 or local emergency numbers). Always rely on certified emergency equipment for life-safety situations.
WalkieTalk Offline is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developers or walkietalkoffline.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
